The property can now be utilized by the general public for various occasions. The main house features original lighting fixtures, period furnishings, and stunning architectural details. The grounds of the mansion include manicured gardens and a variety of outbuildings, including a carriage house and a gazebo. Moreover, it also has a large outdoor patio and garden area that is perfect for hosting events. The facility is a truly unique event venue that is perfect for elegant weddings, corporate events, family reunions, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, historical gatherings, photo sessions, film viewings, high tea, holiday celebrations, cocktail parties, al fresco luncheons, high society barbecues, fundraisers, retirement parties, whiskey or wine tastings. The mansion staff is dedicated to making your event magical and memorable.

It is currently owned by the Landmarks Association of St. Louis and is free for public tours. The locality features a variety of incredible spaces, including the main hall, a dining room, a conservatory, a music room, and a game room. The home spans over 10,000 square feet and has a number of unique and opulent features, including an ante hall with a grand staircase, a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a dining room with a massive chandelier, and a conservatory with stained glass windows.
